The e-Volve Story…

e-Volve’s 30-year experience stands into testament the level of expertise and dedication they pour into ensuring that their customers are always given the product they need and support them with the necessary technology to help other brands grow.

e-Volve Corporate Technology had their humble start in 1998 when computers still weren’t as common as it is nowadays but was still in its rapidly growing stages. Back then, ECT managed their entire procurement process manually as others did back then and continue to do now. Invoices and quotations piled up as orders kept coming in.

According to e-Volve Corporate Technology Chief Executive David Simpson, they had to implement more processes just to reconcile documents and keep track of all transactions. “It was painful and costly as I was the sole proprietor. Overseeing the entire business and each transaction was taking so much time that I often had to step-in to support them,” he said.

Streamlining the Procurement Process

“When the developers first told me about this concept for an application that would basically make my business thousands of percent more efficient, and they wanted my company to try it out for a test, I just had to say yes,” he said.

Jump to today and David couldn’t say anything less of appreciation, “We’ve been using QOIPR for several years now, and I can’t imagine my company not using it again.”

“QOIPR did wonders for ECT. It made my company more productive by allowing me to have more people out in the front, instead of the backend having support roles. It was also the key to our growth, from our humble beginnings to one of the leaders in the industry, we were sending out invoices at the rate other companies are serving quotations.” when asked about the greatest contribution QOIPR had for e-Volve.

“All of those people I had to hire to help me manage the transactions before QOIPR came in, stepped in to become a part of our marketing and sales team. And I think that’s one of the greatest benefits I’ve had with it.”

Currently, e-Volve has expanded beyond Australia and entered the international scene, catering to the Singaporean and American markets.

Bringing ECT’s Tomorrow, Today.

“QOIPR really has been a game changer for the business in terms of increasing revenue, reducing cost and increasing productivity. Separate to this, QOIPR also plays a significant role for our clients, in being able to self-serve all their procurement and asset management needs, really our clients stand proof to this statement.”

David kept adding in more and more details as our interview went on, highlighting how QOIPR helped on their achievements.

“At some point, our competitors tried to purchase and link together multiple platforms capable of doing one or two tasks QOIPR can do, and even then, they still weren’t able to match the efficiency that we’re getting, and the satisfaction that our clients have.”

As e-Volve moves forward to reach globalization, it brings QOIPR along with it to ensure its success as it looks forward to its bright future.

“And we’re also looking forward to the new innovative solutions that they’d be coming up with. QOIPR has never failed us, and I highly doubt the time they ever will.”
